Cleaning & Care

Q1. Any discounts for first-time users?

Q2. What if the item isn’t clean enough?

EZClean offers a Rewash Policy: not satisfied? We’ll rewash it for free until you're happy.

Q3. What’s the difference between dry cleaning and wet washing?

Check your garment tag: “Dry Clean Only” means no water. Not sure? We’ll help you choose the safest method — for free!

Q4. What types of items can you clean?

Almost anything! Shoes, bags, clothes, dry clean items, wedding gowns, silk, wool, suits, and more.

Q5. Are your cleaning solutions safe?

Yes — we use 9 exclusive solution types tailored to different materials. They’re safe, effective, and eco-friendly.

Q6. What if my item gets damaged?

We’ll first attempt repair. If it’s beyond repair, we’ll compensate based on our post-service policy. We don’t run from responsibility.

Q7. How long does cleaning take?

Most items are returned within 3–5 days. Special materials or peak seasons may take longer — we’ll inform you upfront.

Q8. What if my clothing has pre-existing issues or changes after cleaning?

Before payment, we will inspect and inform you of any existing damage or potential post-cleaning risks (such as color fading, shrinkage, or fabric aging).Once payment is made, it means you agree to proceed with EZClean’s cleaning service and accept these possible outcomes. If such risks occur after cleaning, EZClean will not be held liable. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Pickup & Delivery (PUD)

Q1. Do you provide pickup & delivery?

Yes! EZClean offers convenient citywide PUD service.

Q2. Is there a delivery fee?

Free for orders above RM89, except during 5pm–8pm, which has a mandatory delivery charge regardless of order amount. Delivery fees for other time slots may vary by area. You’ll see the total before confirming your booking!

Q3. What items can be picked up?

All services are available for pickup — dry cleaning, clothes, shoes, bags, down jackets, odor removal, and more.

Q4. How does the PUD process work?

Just fill out the form online → We pick up → Clean → Deliver back — no app download required!

Q5. Which areas do you serve?

We cover KL, PJ, Setapak, Cheras, Subang, Puchong, and more. Unsure? Just DM us!

Q6. How long does it take to get my items back?

Usually within 3–5 days. If you have urgent needs, let us know — we’ll try to accommodate.

Q7: What are your Pickup & Delivery time slots?

Our standard PUD time slots are: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM → Flexible & Free (with RM89 min. spend) 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM → Premium Time Slot (Additional fee applies) We operate 7 days a week!

Factory System & Standard Workflow

Q1. How do you clean clothes?

We operate Malaysia’s only central factory with A+ machinery — standardized processes and professional equipment for consistent quality.

Q2. Do you really use an assembly-line system?

Yes! EZClean is Malaysia’s first to adopt a professional cleaning line system — faster, safer, and more consistent than manual washing.

Q3. Do you guarantee a rewash?

Yes — that’s part of our Rewash Policy. If you’re not happy with the results, we’ll rewash it for free.

Q4. Is my item handled manually or by machine?

We use a hybrid system — key steps are automated with A+ machinery, while delicate items are handled manually by trained specialists for extra care.

Q5. How do you ensure hygiene and prevent mix-ups?

Every item is tagged, scanned, and tracked through our centralized system. Items are washed separately or grouped by material, color, and contamination level. No mix-ups, ever.

Q6. What quality checks are in place before returning the item?

Each cleaned item goes through 3 stages of inspection: 1. Cleaning result check 2. Damage & stain assessment 3. Final packing inspection Only passed items are packed and returned.

In-Store

Q1. Are your stores open daily?

Mall outlets (e.g. Mid Valley, Quayside) open daily 10am–10pm. Condo/community outlets (e.g. Setapak, C180) open 10am–8pm.

Q2. Can your staff provide consultation?

Absolutely! Our counter staff are trained to give cleaning advice and help identify fabric types.

Q3. Can I request folded packaging for ironed clothes?

For consistency, all ironed items are returned hung — even if fold was requested. Thanks for understanding our factory process!
